Breakfast: smoked mackerel, rice, kimchi


Lunch: bento box with sweet potato, radishes, pepper, chicken and kimchi - and olive oil.


Dinner: broccoli, courgette, pepper, chicken, sweet potato and kimchi.


Getting bored of the same food day in, day out...
